Asbestos Removal

Our Secure 3-Stage Process

Asbestos Removal

1. Asbestos materials are carefully sealed and bagged inside a controlled containment area, following EPA and Division of Air Quality best practices.
2. The sealed bags are transferred to a dirty room and passed through a decontamination shower.
3. Materials are then moved into a clean room for proper disposal.
Preventing cross-contamination is our top priority. We use HEPA air scrubbers to complete 4–6 air exchanges per hour while work is in progress. These systems create negative air pressure and filter particles down to 0.3 microns, achieving 99.97% air purification efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each asbestos-containing material is handled on a case-by-case basis. Not all asbestos materials are immediately hazardous. A certified asbestos contractor should always be consulted to determine the safest approach

It’s difficult to know for sure. Low levels of asbestos fibers naturally exist in the air. Concern arises with long-term or heavy exposure, especially when materials have been disturbed.

Touching asbestos is not always dangerous. Materials like floor tiles or popcorn ceilings are generally safe if undisturbed. The main risk comes from inhaling airborne fibers.

This varies by environment. The only way to know if levels are elevated is through professional air testing.

Costs depend on the type of material and the size of the project. We provide detailed assessments to determine pricing.
